Welcome to the Women's Division ll Volleyball Team at the American International College. Where we have Head women's volleyball coach Matt Cribbin talks about the AIC women's volleyball program and what he is looking for when searching for future Yellow Jackets! Coach Cribbin is searching for Athletes in students, his goal is to find players who are eager to play, dedicated, great, and not only that but good people to be able to create a space where his program not only has the best players but great people as well inside out! he believes AIC is.a community before anything else and has always stated that he is to spend more time with his players more than anyone else, he wants to be surrounded by good people and Coach Cribbin believes their success on the court reflective of the type of people he has in his program.
It is very important that students are not only athletes or players on the court, but an actual team. the only way to a great win is by working together and being a team. teammates who know each other on and off the court, support each other from the side line of the court to supporting each other on working hard to pass a midterm. and that is a message Coach Cribbin is delivering, he makes it his job to interact and build of team of girls who not only care about the game but about each other as well.
Our Last game was the Regional Championship game against Daemen on Saturday December 4th at 5:00pm in the Butova Gymnasium. The volley Team lost this game with a win of just one set but had a good game overall! our Yellow Jackets held up a good 17 consecutive wins in a row making it all the way to the Regional Championships.
